Knockdown of Tβ4 gene expression inhibited the migratory capability of HepG2 cells compared with that of control cells. (A) Immunofluorescence analysis demonstrated that Tβ4 protein was expressed strongly in HepG2 cells compared with that in L02 healthy cells following incubation for 48 h. (B) Tβ4 protein expression decreased following transfection with Tβ4-siRNA.
