Ternary complexes transfect various mammalian cell lines expressing mannose receptors. Transfection efficiency of ternary complexes in COS-7 cells (A) and Raw 264.7 cells (B) at different PVBLG-8/PVBLG-7 weight ratios (n=3). PVBLG-8/DNA weight ratio was kept constant at 15. For the PVBLG-7/DNA binary complexes, the optimal PVBLG-7/DNA weight ratios of 15 and 20 were used for COS-7 and Raw 264.7 cells, respectively.
