Brains of 9 month exposed filtered air (FA) or PM2.5 (PM) mice were collected and the right parietal cortices were collected for DNA isolation. A. A 5-methylcytosine DNA ELISA was performed from isolated DNA (100ng/brain) from FA and PM brains. B. Optical densities were averaged (+/-SD) and graphed. C.
