(A and B) Cultured NRCMs were transfected with three different siRNA for NOR1 (S1, S3, S3) or negative control (NC) for 24 h, and the silencing efficacy was measured by qRT-PCR and Western blot. Cells were transfected with NOR1 siRNA (siNOR1) before incubation with 1 μM isoprenaline for 24 h. (C) Expression of NOR1 protein was detected by Western blot.
