Phenotype of exosomes

Exosomes were isolated from conditioned media of tumor antigens loaded DC cultures using fractionated centrifugation and filtrations. Transmission electron microscopy, and western blot assay were used to evaluate the phenotype of exosomes. A) The morphology of the exosome generated from TAAs loaded DCs was scanned by a TEM (magnification 40,000×).
