In vivo experiment

Dendritic cell loaded with BGC823 cells tumor and DEex derived from these DCs incubated with T cells together and injected into nude mice xenograft with BGC823 cells. Tumor size was measured every 5 days and the tumor weight was evaluated after the mice were sacrificed.
