Cells in the control group and the Ad-SIRT1 group with or without pretreatment with LY294002 (30 μM), sc-221226 (30 μM), or L-NAM (200 μM). Ad-SIRT1-induced migration (A) and proliferation (B) of EPCs were significantly inhibited by pretreatment with LY294002, sc-221226, or L-NAME (*P < 0.05 vs. control, #P < 0.05 vs. Ad-SIRT1).
