Effect of polycerasoidin on mRNA expression of treated MCF7 cells. MCF7 cell were treated with IC50 concentration of polycerasoidin for 12, 24 and 48 h. Quantitative analysis showed a time-dependent downregulation of Bcl-2 and upregulation of Bax, caspase 9, caspase 7, p21 and p27 in polycerasoidin-treated MCF7 cells. The data are shown as the means ± SEM. Values are statistically significant at *P<0.05.
