S2 Cells transfected with in vitro-transcribed CrPV-2 and CrPV-3 RNAs accumulate infectious virions over time. A total of 2.5 × 106 S2 cells were transfected with 3 μg of the indicated in vitro-transcribed genomic RNA or infected with CrPV (MOI of 0.4).
