Reduced production of infectious virions by vBcl-2-stop recombinant viruses. Supernatants from iSLK cells infected with the different BAC16 recombinant viruses (BAC16 and BAC16-vBcl-2-stop [A] or BAC16-mCherry-vBcl-2 and BAC16-mCherry-vBcl-2-stop [B]) were collected at 96 h following lytic induction. Infectious virus titers were determined by FACS analysis of GFP-positive cells. Error bars represent standard deviations from 3 to 4 repeats.
