Overview of the predictive Random Forest Model development. First the model is trained (Step 1), then the model is validated (Step 2), and finally the model is tested (Step 3). The final model (Supplemental Data 4) is able to reliably classify tissue type and accession, based on the LC-MS profile of a sample.
