A 26-year-old female with right upper quadrant pain was found to have an echogenic nodule on ultrasound. (a) Axial T2W MRI shows an isointense lesion in the left lobe of the liver (arrow). Axial T1 in-phase (b) and out-of-phase (c) MRIs show a drop in signal in the out-of-phase images representing intralesional lipids (arrow). Axial post-contrast MRI in the arterial phase (d) shows mild diffuse enhancement of the lesion (arrow), not persisting in the portal venous (e) and delayed phases (f). MRI features are consistent with HNF-1α-mutated hepatocellular adenoma and the patient is on regular follow-up
