Sequence logos were generated with WebLogo [89] from multiple alignments of 22 sequences from group I, which included Chordates (Vertebrates and Cephalochordates), and 15 sequences from group II (Hemichordates, Echinoderms, Platyhelminthes, Cnidaria, Arthropods, and Placozoa).
