In vitro binding assay. Cells were treated with NIR760-mbc94, with or without pretreatment of SR144528 (blocking agent). NIR760 without CB2R-targeted moiety was used as a control. After removal of the unbound probes, fluorescence intensity at 790 nm was measured and represented as RFU. Each data point represents the mean ± SEM based on triplicate samples (*p < 0.05; **p < 0.01).
