(A) HEK293 cells transiently transfected with YFP-SAP97 and either FLAG-5-HT_2AR or HA-CRFR₁. Cells were treated with control or CRFR₁-CT tat-tagged peptides. YFP-SAP97 co-immunoprecipitation with either FLAG-5-HT_2AR or HA-CRFR₁ is significantly inhibited following CRFR₁-CT treatment.
