CGNs were pretreated with PTX (A), U73122 (B), or PF573228 (C) before baclofen-stimulation. CREB, ERK1/2 and Akt phosphorylation was detected by western blotting. Protein ratio on the Y-axis was defined as the ratio between the density of each band and the sum of the densities of all the bands in a given blot.
