One micrograms of isolated MRJP1 oligomer (A), MRJP2 (B), and MRJP3 (C) were subjected to 2-DE with SYPRO Ruby staining to check an extra-protein contamination. These results indicate that there is no extra-protein contamination in separated each MRJP. The number of arrows is equivalent to the spot number shown in Table 1.
