Effect of source-sink modulation on net carbon exchange rate (NCER) per unit of leaf area (A) and per vine (B), as well as cumulated carbon fixation per unit of leaf area (C) and per vine (D), recorded daily with a whole-canopy gas exchange system throughout the experimental period on Sangiovese vines either with three leaves (3L) or 12 leaves per cluster (12L).
