13C-NMR spectra during metabolism of [1-13C]glucose by high-density suspensions of nongrowing cells of the L. lactis strains NZ9000/pNZmtlD (A), HWA217/pNZmtlD (B), NZ9010 (C), and NZ9010/pNZmtlD (D).
