Dandruff severity score = 25; = 200 Malasseizia yeasts/mm2 of scalp Excluded: taking antidandruff or antifungal medication 2 weeks before run-in Sex: keto 2% (male 17/33), keto 1% (male 14/33); age: keto 2% (20 to 69), keto 1% (20 to 67); duration: keto 2% (3.3 months), keto 1% (7.8 months)
