Low cluster represents average signal intensity for nonspecific probe hybridizations, SD is the standard deviation for the average low cluster, and High cluster is the average signal intensity for positive probes (excluding the biotin controls). In all cases, the low cluster was at least 3 standard deviations less than the high cluster.
