TPO induces nuclear localization of HOXA9 in UT-7/TPO cells. UT-7/TPO cells were starved for 24 h and then stimulated with 100 ng of TPO/ml for 1 h. Cells were fixed and stained with anti-HOXA9 primary antibody and Alexa488-conjugated secondary antibody (green). Cells were counterstained with DAPI to visualize nuclear DNA (blue). An example of the predominant staining pattern under each condition is shown.
