For each of the three population samples, the x-axis indicates the proportion of Native ancestry (in 0.1 unit intervals) and the y-axis indicates the proportion of individuals with that ancestry estimate. The Native American group includes 225 individuals from North, Central, and South America. Ancestry proportions were estimated using autosomal genetic markers.
