Role of Rap1 in E-cadherin localization. After microinjection, MCF7 cells were subjected to a calcium switch, and the effect of expression of different molecules on the localization of E-cadherin (A and B, 30 min after calcium restoration) or ZO-1 (C, 60 min after calcium restoration) was examined by immunofluorescence.
