Ubc9 and TORC1 cooperate in regulation of transcription. (A) The global transcriptome is not affected by either Ubc9 or TORC1. WT cells and ubc9-1 mutants were treated for 30 min with 100 nM rapamycin (rapa) or with DMSO before RNA-seq. Potential differences between groups were tested with a two-sided Mann-Whitney U test. (B) Transcription of RPGs is regulated by both TORC1 and Ubc9. Cells were treated and RNA analyzed as in A. Differences between groups were tested as in A.
