HM910 induced cell cycle arrest in G1 phase in MM cells. A. Cells were stained with PBS containing Triton X-100 (0.12%), EDTA (0.12 mmol/L), RNase A (100 µg/mL) and propidium iodide (50 µg/mL), and the cell cycle stages of MM cells were determined by flow cytometry.
