Stability of PA coatings. Self-assembled mfPA and mfPA:dPA structures dry-coated on cell culture surfaces produced continuous films (day 0) that degraded after incubation with conditioned culture medium (cSFM), but remained stable in MMP-free media (serum-free medium [SFM] or RASFM).
