(a) Cells were treated with 3 μM heteronemin for indicated times, and cell lysates were subjected to western blot analysis of the expression of LC3 and p62. DMSO was used as the vehicle control (CTL). (b) Microscopic analysis of the effect of DMSO or heteronemin on the pattern of GFP-LC3 fluorescence. A498 cells were transfected with vectors encoding GFP-LC3, cultured in complete medium for 24 h, and treated for 18 h with DMSO or 3 μM heteronemin.
