Knockdown of Sgt1 expression inhibits the growth of cancer cells. (a) EW8, TC-71, Rh41, HCT 116, MDA-MB-231 and HCC1806 cells were transfected with luciferase siRNA (Luc) and two independent Sgt1 siRNAs (Sgt1-1 and Sgt1-2). Proliferation of the cells was monitored at 4-h intervals, and data were analyzed by IncuCyte software. The experiments were repeated three times, and similar results were obtained.
