Hippocampal neurons (DIV 14) were preincubated with 10 µM H89 for 10 min (A), with 1 μM Go6983 for 10 min (B), with 2 µM okadaic acid (OA) for 10 min (C), or with 2 µM cyclosporine A (CsA) for 15 min (D), and then stimulated with PACAP38 (1 nM) for 10 min.
