The numbers correspond to different levels on each of the EQ-5D-Y dimensions (mobility, self-care usual activities, pain and discomfort, anxiety and depression). Each number represents the reported problem for each dimension (1 = no problem, 2 = some problem, 3 = a lot of problems). Thus, 11223 means no problems in ‘mobility’ and ‘self-care’, some problems in ‘usual activities’ and ‘pain/discomfort’, and a lot of problems in ‘anxiety/depression’
