CD3+ T cells infiltrate the corpus callosum of cuprizone-fed mice following Th17 cell transfer. Mice were killed 14 d after cessation of the cuprizone diet and T-cell transfer. CD3+ cells are occasionally observed in the corpus callosum of mice receiving either Th17 cells or cuprizone alone but are robustly present in those receiving both treatments.
