Cells were treated with adenovirus expression vector encoding human BVR regulated by a Tet promoter (Kravets et al., 2004) and BVR expression was induced by treatment with doxycycline for 16 h. Total RNA was analyzed using a microarray to detect expression of genes involved in cell proliferation. Genes that showed a significant deviation in expression in cells with elevated BVR compared to untreated cells are indicated. Modified from (Kravets et al., 2004).
