Susceptibility of A. brassicicola wild-type (black bars), Δabhog1 (hatched bars) and Δabap1 (stripped bars) strains to oxidative stress. Conidia of each genotype were used to inoculate microplate wells containing standard PDB medium supplemented with various concentrations of H₂O₂ or menadione. Nephelometric monitoring of growth was automatically recorded for 33 h at 24°C. Each condition was tested in triplicate and the experiments were repeated twice. The areas under the curves were used to calculate de percentages of inhibition for each treatment compared to control growth curves.
