The number of somatic embryos in C. canephora and D. carota at different developmental stages was counted at 56 and 14 days, respectively. Controls were cultivated in the absence of LmmCM. Error bars represent the standard error (n = 3). Different letters in bars represent the statistical significance of mean differences between each embryogenic stage at a given time according to the Tukey test (P ≤ 0.01). The experiment was carried out three times.
