NGS results were suggested by One-Way Anova test (p ≤ 0.05). MiRs: 5632-3p and 5640 levels could not be determined due to no read counts obtained under stress conditions. New Cu−, Cu+, Cd+, S− stresses responsive Arabidopsis miRNAs unknown until now are shown in bold. FC means fold change.
