AP-12 was injected at doses 0.1 and 1 mg/kg ip once a day for 13 days. Elevated plus maze test was performed 3h after AP-12 or saline injections on day 13. Data represent time in seconds spent in the open arms ± SEM. No statistical significance was found between treatment and saline groups.
