FHs-74 cells were either untreated (Control); exposed to LPS (1 μg/ml); co-cultured with macrophages in a transwell system; or exposed to LPS (1 μg/ml) and co-cultured with macrophages. After 24h, the FHs-74 cells were harvested and analyzed by Annexin V/PI flow cytometry. Gating was performed on FITC-Annexin V+ cells. (A) Representative FACS plot.
