Clinical class. = clinical classification according: H (high) = highly aggressive disease, second-line therapy; M (moderate) = moderately aggressive disease, first-line therapy; L (low) = mildly aggressive disease; L (B) = “benign” disease, characterized by absence or progression no therapy. PPMS = primary progress multiple sclerosis; RRMS = relapsing remitting multiple sclerosis
