FS neighborhoods of tumor (green) and normal renal cortex (orange) are very similar for oncocytoma (A), papillary RCC (C), and chromophobe RCC (E), whereas FS neighborhoods of tumor (green) and normal renal cortex (orange) are markedly separated in angiomyolipoma (B) and clear cell RCC (D) due to their unique CSI characteristics.
