Mice were intraperitoneally (i.p.) sensitized with 50 μg of OVA (alum) on days 0 and 7, followed by intratracheal (i.t.) challenge with 10 μg of OVA on days 18 through 21. Control mice were sensitized with PBS (alum) or OVA (alum) and challenged with PBS. Mice were analyzed on day 22.
