The level of PknG is increased in the cytoplasm and reduced in the cell wall of the ΔsecA2 mutant. Equalized fractions of H37Rv, ΔsecA2, and complemented (ΔsecA2+psecA2) stains were analyzed by immunoblot using antiPknG antibodies. PknG levels in whole cell lysate (WCL), cell wall (CW), and cytoplasmic (CYT) fractions are shown. Shown is a representative of three experiments.
