OCT4-positive cells (red) are putative inner cell mass (ICM), whereas CDX2-positive cells (green) are putative trophectoderm. (c) ICM- and TE-specific mRNA expression analysis in blastocysts developed after IVF with AgNPs-treated sperm cells.
