Up-regulated SLIT2/ROBO1 pathway played an important role in HSCR. (A) The genomic locations of miR-218-1 gene hosted in the intron 15 (274664–274773) of SLIT2. (B) Pearson correlation analysis was performed to evaluated the relationship between expression levels of SLIT2mRNA and miR-218-1 (data with natural log transformed), P = 0.0003, R = 0.34.
