(A) RD change of WAAS genes was significantly smaller than that of PAAS genes under amino acid starvation. As (external) amino acids starvation makes more ribosome stalling on mRNA and translation speed slowing down, better (internal) amino acid supply makes WAAS genes less affected. (B) RD-increased genes are lowly expressed in mRNA level.
