Wide field confocal microscopy shows immunocytochemical detection of BKβ4 in freshly isolated rat UBSM cells. Results were verified in total of 12 cells freshly isolated from 4 rats. Note results using BKβ4 specific antibody (A). In control experiments primary antibody was omitted and cells were incubated with secondary antibody only (2° Control) (B).
