The identity scores were obtained based on alignments of the cDNAs and putative protein sequences by pairwise identities in BioEdit (S3 Table). The AQPs annotated in this study are shown in bold. Sub-cellular locations: Chl (chloroplast), ER (endoplasmic reticulum), M (mitochondria), PM (plasma membrane) and V (vacuole).
