(A) MDMs (donor E) were treated for 1 h with proteasome inhibitors (A, MG101; B, MG132) at the indicated days of differentiation, cell extracts were prepared, and the indicated proteins were detected by immunblotting. (B) Resting PBLs (control) and PBLs activated by PMA plus PHA were treated with MG132 for 1 h prior to preparation of cell extracts. Jurkat and 293T cells were incubated with MG132 for the indicated times prior to preparation of cell extracts. The levels of the indicated proteins were determined by immunoblotting.
