CBD attenuates DOX-induced impaired myocardial mitochondrial biogenesis. The effect of DOX and CBD treatment on (A) mitochondrial copy number and expression of (B) PGC1A, (C) PPARA, (D) ERRA, (E,F) UCP2 and UCP3 and (G) MCAD mRNA levels.
