Purified recombinant Prdx2 does not form dimers in HEK 293T cell culture. (A) Recombinant Prdx2 consists of monomer and dimer, which can be reduced to monomer by treatment with DTT. Removal of DTT results in reversion to a mixture of monomers and dimers.
